So ITANs on paper are going to be banned by the end of the year, and now my bank wants me to use their smartphone app because that's supposed to be more secure. #YeahRight

Is there a valid reason why they do not just support one time passwords? Then everyone could just use their favorite otp-authenticator tool to generate 'tans' ..?

@martin @raichoo ITANs _are_ onetime passwords. As far as I know the current fuzz results from some law changes regarding banking "security".
Vermutlich Lobbyarbeit, um wieder irgendwas zu verhökern und dabei noch ordentlich Daten abzugreifen. :-/
