Some years ago I've been playing with this onscreen-keyboard-like tool.
Unfortunately, I cannot remember its name.. Can anyone me?

Are there maybe other that don't just look like virtual keyboards?

Are you serious? This is wrong on all OSI layers!

Hey Fediverse! Do you use git (or Mercurial or Darcs)? Etherpad? Homebrew? Inkscape? quemu? Wine? Maybe even coreboot?

These are just a few of the projects for which the Conservancy project provides administrative support. The projects rely on Conservancy, and you rely on the projects.

Have you heard about the solar.lowtechmagazine.com ? Their website is exclusively powered by energy and may go down in case of bad weather...
idea and impressive project!

However, I'm a bit afraid as people now want to switch to something like that as well... But the resources that you need to build it are probably even worse for the environment...? Solar panel, lead battery.. Plus, very inefficient in that scale..

Better choose a green-electricity provider to power your

We have computed the very first chosen-prefix collision for SHA-1. To put it in another way: all attacks that are practical on MD5 are now also practical on SHA-1.

We have reduced the cost of a collision attack from 2^64.7 to 2^61.2, and the cost of a chosen-prefix collision attack from 2^67.1 to 2^63.4.

Demo: The legacy branch of GnuPG (version 1.4) is vulnerable. We have created two PGP keys with different UserIDs and colliding certificates.

Isn't Email and calendar the central tool of quite a few people?

I think there is a lot of unused potential in thunderbird. And lightning.
They don't really feel comfortable... I'm rather annoyed, regularly

We are currently looking for a new washing machine to replace my 15yo from the student days. It's unbelievable what's out there... Some of the devices need more time to boot than my laptop! And it's hard to avoid . And virtually none are controllable without annoying .
I doubt that any of them will last for another 15 years :-/
So is a 1k machine worth the money or should we just buy a cheap one as we'll need another one anyways in like 3 years?

"#Twitter ist nur eine sehr kleine Bubble
Nur zwei Prozent der Deutschen nutzen täglich Twitter. Frauen sogar so wenig, dass der Anteil in der oben verlinkten Studie auf null Prozent abgerundet wird. Medienforscher warnen deshalb bezüglich Twitter-Deutschland vor 'verzerrten Relevanzrahmen und Stimmungsbildern, welche mit denen der Gesamtbevölkerung nur wenig zu tun haben'."
